Submissions are now being invited from prospective authors with interests on the indicated conference topics and related areas of application. Research and conceptual based papers, case studies, realistic implementations and critical reviews can be considered for the conference based on the above topics. Conference Proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag as "Lecture Note in Computer Science" (LNCS) Series, which is cited by SCIE, EI and ISTP.
The Instructions are as following:

1. Papers must be in Springer-Verlag format and in Microsoft Word. Authors’ instructions can be achieved at 
http://icadl2004.sjtu.edu.cn/img/Instructions.doc. Please write or paste your article in the template sv.doc(http://icadl7-paper.lib.sjtu.edu.cn/sv.doc), and apply the detailed formats in the WORD tool bar, such as title, author, address, email, abstract, heading, p1a, equation, figlegend, tablelegend, programcode, item, reference, footnote. Chinese authors can refer to Chinese instruction  (http://icadl2004.sjtu.edu.cn/img/Cinstruction.doc)to modify the detailed formats of your paper.

2. All submissions should be original and not published elsewhere or intended to be published during the review period. Authors should complete in English and sign a copyright form . The form can be achieved at: CopyRight Form. The copyright form with signature should be sent by mail to the following address:

4. Papers must be in English with a limit of 10 pages for full papers, 4 pages for short papers and 1 page for poster papers. 100 US dollar should be paid for every additional page; Information should also be provided such as the author's and co-author's (if any) name, address, email address, telephone and fax numbers, the title of the paper, categorization of the papers (full paper, short paper, or poster) and a short one paragraph biographical note.

5. Important Dates for submission deadlines:
　Submission of abstracts (all papers) June 10,2004
　Submission of full papers July 1, 2004
　Submission of short papers July 20, 2004
